What SAP SD covers
SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) manages the order-to-cash process: customer master data, pricing, sales orders, deliveries, shipping, billing and integration with finance and materials management. In S/4HANA it is called Sales, with business partners replacing customer masters and Fiori apps for order management. SD consultants are needed on every implementation and most AMS teams.
How the online format works
- Live classes on a fixed schedule (weekday evening or weekend), taught by a working SD consultant; you can ask questions in real time.
- Recordings of every session, available for the duration of the course and the following three months.
- Practice system: remote login to an S/4HANA server with your own client for configuration practice, available outside class hours.
- Materials: configuration guides, exercise sheets and a case-study company used throughout the course.
- Support: trainer doubt-clearing sessions and a batch group for questions between classes.

Is online SAP SD training as good as classroom?
The syllabus, trainer, practice system and project are the same. Online adds recordings; classroom adds in-person practice. Choose by location and schedule.
Do I need a technical background for SAP SD?
No. SD is a functional module. Graduates in commerce, business, engineering or science, and anyone with sales, logistics or customer-service experience, can learn it.
How long is the SAP SD course?
