How an SAP engagement works
- Discovery and assessment: current landscape, business processes, custom code and integration inventory, licensing position.
- Blueprint: target design, fit-to-standard workshops, data-migration strategy and a phased plan with costs.
- Build and test: configuration, ABAP and Fiori development, integration, unit, integration and user-acceptance testing.
- Cutover and go-live: data migration rehearsals, cutover plan, hypercare for four to eight weeks.
- Run: handover to our AMS team or your internal team, with a continuous-improvement backlog.

ECC end of mainstream maintenance in 2027
SAP’s mainstream maintenance for ECC 6.0 ends in 2027 (extended maintenance to 2030 at extra cost). Companies still on ECC need a decision in 2026 on the migration path: brownfield conversion, greenfield reimplementation or a selective data transition. Our SAP consultation service produces that decision plan, with licensing and cost comparisons, in two to four weeks.

Assessments and roadmap engagements are fixed-price, typically two to six weeks of consultant time. Implementation and migration projects are quoted after discovery, as fixed price or time-and-materials.
How long does an S/4HANA migration take?
Four to nine months for a typical mid-size single-instance ECC system, depending on custom code volume, data quality and the number of integrations.
Do you work with companies outside Hyderabad?
Yes. We deliver across India and for international clients, onsite or remotely.
What is the difference between SAP consulting and SAP AMS?
Consulting is project work with a defined outcome: an implementation, migration or roadmap. AMS is ongoing support of a live system under an SLA. Many clients move from one to the other after go-live.
