What permanent staffing services include

Permanent staffing (direct hire) is recruiting an employee who joins the client’s payroll from day one. Alexisoft handles the search and screening; the client owns the employment relationship. It suits core engineering roles, SAP functional and technical consultants, team leads and management positions where continuity matters.

1. Role briefing (day 1): responsibilities, must-have skills, budget, location and interview process.
2. Sourcing and screening (days 2–7): database search, job boards, referrals and our SAP alumni network, followed by a screening call and technical check.
3. Shortlist (within 1–2 weeks): two to five vetted profiles with notes on fit, notice period and expected salary.
4. Interviews and offer: we coordinate interview rounds, reference checks and salary negotiation, and manage the offer-to-joining period to reduce drop-outs.
5. Joining and follow-up: we stay in touch through the guarantee period.

Typical time-to-shortlist is one to two weeks for mainstream skills and three to four weeks for senior SAP or niche cloud roles.

Fee structure and replacement guarantee

Permanent placements are charged as a percentage of the candidate’s annual CTC, invoiced only after the candidate joins. If the candidate leaves within the guarantee period stated in the agreement, we provide a free replacement. There are no retainers or upfront fees for standard searches.
