How contract-to-hire works

1. Brief and shortlist: we source and screen candidates who are open to a contract-first arrangement.
2. Contract period: the candidate works on your project on Alexisoft’s payroll, typically for three to six months, with a monthly rate that covers salary, PF, ESI and our margin.
3. Decision: at any point after the agreed minimum period, you can convert the candidate to your payroll for a conversion fee, extend the contract, or end it.

Alexisoft. The candidate is on our payroll with PF and ESI; you receive one monthly invoice.

What happens if we decide not to hire?

The contract ends at the agreed date, or you can extend it. There is no conversion fee if you do not hire.
